Britax B-Lively made to Motherhood HQ’s list of best travel system strollers. I came second behind UPPABaby Vista Travel System but did better when compared to most other Britax strollers such as B-Free, B-Agile, Pathway, among others.
Below is a picture of Britax B-Lively, a travel stroller system developed and retailed by Britax. This Britax lightweight stroller was released to the market just over a year ago, on May 4, 2018, and parents have had great things to say about it.

I like mentioning these numbers and statistics as it gives me a good basis to start the comparison of Britax B-Lively with other stroller travel systems. Before the comparisons, let’s review some of the features that make this stroller stand out:
- It has a lightweight design making it easy to be the perfect companion of your everyday walk
- It folds very easily using its One-hand quick fold making it great for travel and easy storage or packing
- You can use the Britax’s Click & Go System which allows you to use your Britax infant car seat
- It has super large storage which you can access easily from the front
- Has a nice back canopy
Let’s start with its comparison with B-Agile.
Britax B-lively Vs B-Agile
Both Britax B-Lively and B-Agile are categorized as lightweight strollers as they do not exceed 20 pounds. Despite being lightweight, they can both support your infant’s weight from birth to 55 pounds. Britax B-Lively was released as an upgrade to B-Agile which has been in the market for a much longer period.
The biggest difference between B-Lively and B-Agile lies in their product weight, design, and ease of use. B-Lively is more durable with its sturdy design and is easier to use and fold with its one-hand quick-fold compared to B-Agile. On the other hand, B-Agile is lighter than B-lively by about 2 pounds and you can use it to maneuver through crowded places with ease.

Britax B-lively vs B-Free
Similar to B-Lively, Britax B-Free is also categorized as a lightweight stroller although it weighs 22 pounds, 2 pounds more than B-Lively. It can, however, support your baby from infant weight of 4 pounds to when they attain 65 lbs which is better than B-Lively’s 55 pounds limit. B-Free is however relatively more expensive but as the difference in the table below shows, the difference is totally worth it for the add-on features the B-Free model has compared to Britax B-Lively.
B-Free has all-terrain rubber tires which are better than B-Lively’s solid tires and has rubber wheels which are also better than B-Lively’s EVA foam wheels.
