Mead Johnson was founded in Jersey City, NJ by Edward John Mead Sr. in the early 1900s after leaving Johnson and Johnson Company. With his brother, they launched the company that now manufacturers more than 70 different brands of Children’s feeding products – mostly formulas.

Enfamil is a brand of baby formula created by Mead Johnson Nutrition Company back in the 1960s. Today they are one of the largest companies that makes baby formula for infants which consists of infant formula, newborn formula, and toddler nutrition. They are currently sold in more than 100 different countries worldwide.
Enfamil offers parents different options for their baby formula which includes ready-to-feed, liquid concentrate, powder for older babies, gentle infant formula, and special needs formula. Enfamil Gentle is a hypoallergenic option that is considered to be their “sensitive” product. Enfamil Newborn and Infant have a special blend of nutrients as well as brain and eye-building DHA and ARA which is found in breast milk, but not all liquid formula brands have it.

A: A lot of people say the Enfagrow works well for this (others disagree). You can try giving him less fiber in his diet and make sure he gets plenty of water. We recommend talking to your pediatrician if he’s still constipated after a few days on these new changes.
